24th Lancers war raised cavalry WW2 cap badge circa 1940-44 by Firmin. Good scarce die-stamped white metal crowned LANCERS circlet bearing crossed lances; XXIV to voided centre. Firmin London Slider. VGC Raised 30th December 1940 and disbanded 24th July 1944 from lack of recruits.
