A pair of 19th century silver mounted wine coasters. The antique coasters having a hardwood base rising to silver body with pierced repousse decoration of foliate design with birds and grapes. The coasters each having a cartouche engraved with the crest of a bull's head. Evidence of partial hallmarks to one coaster. Illegible. Combined weight approx 572g. Measures approx 13cm diameter.
