Vintage ruby and diamond cluster ring, in 18 ct white gold, ring size M, 3.7 grams
In our opinion this is a natural ruby, approx 5 mm diameter, There are cracks and nicks to the table, one of these extends to the side facets. There is further damage to the edge of the stone.
