Martini-Henry buckshot ‘riot round’ Rolled-brass Cartridge, inert, early 20 th Century, official designation ‘Cartridge, Small Arm, Buckshot Breech-Loading .476 inch Bore Mark II (Musket and Carbine)’, case stamped with ‘KF’ (for Kirkee Factory), Broad Arrow with ‘I’ under (for Indian Army) and ‘.476’. These cartridges were used with smooth-bored Martini-Henry Mark IV rifles for crowd control in India.
