An early First Pattern (1932) Second World War Third Reich Nazi German SA Officers dress dagger with prototype motto on the blade. The grip with inlaid SA emblem and Eagle Swastika badge. These daggers were only produced during December of 1932 by Eickhorn before they were standardised in 1933, often referred to as the 'Christmas Dagger'. Housed in steel scabbard, measuring approx. 38cm.
