No damage or repair, all stones present, emeralds are a very well matched deep vivid green with typical internal inclusions only visible through a loupe, a few emeralds have tiny surface chips, diamonds are very bright and lively with hardly any inclusions visible, the mount has hardly any wear, fitting working, unmarked but tests as 18ct and platinum
