There is a small hole to the filigree. Most of the enamel lozenges have small losses / where it has not adhered properly during firing. The elastic fastener could use replacing as it has been stretched. It is hallmarked to the body and the opening mechanism. Generally in good condition, minor surface scratches, polish residue to the inside.
