Chinese Cloisonné Jardinière, of oval lobed form, the central panel decorated with a yellow dragon chasing a flaming pearl, floral panels, end panels with phoenix sitting on a rock, applied gilt metal mounts, mark to base, approximately 10x28.5cm.
Overall condition is fair to good. There are no creases or dents to the piece. There are no signs of any repairs or restoration. There are two small areas of losses both th the black ground surrounding the dragons to either side. The amount of damage is small (see images) . The gilding to the rim and foot is dull and no longer shines.
