A CHINESE CLAY SHIWAN FIGURINE, depicting two seated ‘mudman’ figures in traditional dress conversing, along with (ii) a stoneware ‘mudman’ figure, carrying two buckets suspended on ropes attached to pole balanced on his shoulders. Partly glazed partly unglazed. Impressed mark beneath. Both dating to the late Qing or Republic period. (iii) a laughing Buddha figurine, marked ‘CA MAU’ to base.
