AGENT "FRAS, SHORT"; 30 Nov. 1811 sheet (understandable wear, edge tears and folds; just fits large album page) partly printed and confirming the exact address and name of the Dumfries landlord/lady of POW "L.N. Dubois de gene, Captn, Administration Militaire" with physical details of the POW on the reverse. The address details have been changed a number of times at the foot up until 17 Mar. 1814.
