N.B. The chairs in this lot are offered for sale as works of art. They may not comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) Safety Regulations 1988 and for this reason should not be used in a private dwelling.

Subject to CITES regulations and due to rosewood content, this lot will require a re-export permit if shipped outside the mainland UK.
All plastic feet to the chairs are present. The laths to the chairs all appear to be OK, although the finish is slightly faded in places. There are some water / fox spots stains to the seat upholstery and one of the seats has a cigarette burn to it. Replaced rubber feet to the table. There is a small bruise to the polished finish of the table - approximately 20mm by 4mm and some other small dents and minor scratches.
The seat panels are fixed in to place by screws that pass through the laths of the seat. Therefore the chairs could be used without the seat pads, but the screw holes through the laths would be visible. We have been asked to remove the seat pads and take photos without them on - it does not look as though the seat pads have been removed and although they are fixed by screws, apologies, but this is not something that we are prepared to do.
