The dial is missing the hour finger.
The back of the clock case is a poor home made replacement as is the raised hand of the figure that holds the clock , which is brass. Degradation to the finish on the copper , brass and spelter.Chips to the paint around the base Ticked momentarily although there isn’t a key.
