TWO CHINESE / VIETNAMESE PORCELAIN ITEMS, 19TH CENTURY. To include a Blue de Hue bowl for the Vietnamese market with white metal rim, decorated with roundels depicting figures on a continuous Shou character ground, with square mark to base; Together with a jar of ovoid form with cover decorated with floral scrolls. Bowl 20.5cm diam. (3) 

Provenance: Property of a Sussex gentleman

Condition: Bowl with 8.5cm vertical hairline at rim. The jar with very minor small shallow chips around rim and foot. The cover with some chips at edge.
