A LEATHER GEORGIAN STYLE FIRE BUCKET FROM H.M.S. VICTORY, CIRCA 1905
with riveted rim and base, finished in polychrome overall and inscribed VICTORY 1803 together with George Rex cypher and leather strap handle (broken) -- 12in. (30.5cm.) high
These buckets were produced to 'dress the set' when Victory was commemorating the Battle of Trafalgar in 1905.
