A collection of Baedeker's Travellers' Handbooks, circa-1900, including London and Its Environs (various editions), The United States (various editions), Canada, Egypt, Southern and Northern Germany, Paris etc.
Books have not been assessed for completeness.
The lot comprises various different editions, ranging in date. Most are in well worn condition, with some having damage/losses to their cloth bindings. A number have splits to their spines. Some volumes have bookseller's annotations, gift inscriptions and ownership labels to endpapers. One edition of the United States with library reference number on spine. The Rhine edition with ink stamp for the American Hospital of Paris. Another US edition with many pages loose. Some folding maps are also loose.
