1796 Pattern Heavy Cavalry trooper's sword and scabbard by Gill, blade crown/3, back of blade marked I Gill (this rubbed), both langets have been removed from disc guard, point of blade has been sharpened to a spear point, blade edge with numerous small knicks, leather grip missing wire binding, scabbard with light rust and missing both rings, generally nearly very fine.
