Louis Mountbatten, 1st Earl Mountbatten of Burma (1900-1979), a letter on St James's Palace headed paper enclosing tickets for Westminster Abbey funeral with windscreen label, Order of Service and Ceremonial for the funeral 5th September 1979, an Order of Service and letter on behalf of H.M. The Queen regarding Mourning for the Countess Mountbatten of Burma and her funeral March 7th 1960, along with three letters from Edwina Mountbatten to Angela Lascelles, three letters and a postcard from Lord Mountbatten signed 'Dickie' (his nickname to family and friends); a black and white photograph of Lord Mountbatten with Meyer Davis 1968, and a letter from Lady Pamela Hicks, daughter of Lord Mountbatten, addressed by hand 'Dear Angela' and typed in thanks for sympathy following the 'loss of my father', signed 'With love, from Pammy'.
