2003 Christmas Royal Mail FDC with Cold Blow Narberth H/S. The 1st & E values have a strip of red plastic tape affixed diagonally. The tape is over the paper as if to repair a break, with the stamp design & phosphor bands printed on top of it. Remarkably the repair affects two different values proving that these stamps for use on FDCs must have been printed se-tenant. Unaddressed, fine.
