A 19th century glazed cotton cockade fan, painted with violets, the leaf contained in a strong cardboard tube with brass metal band and graced with a circular paper label, extended height approx. 24cm, together with a small marquetry fan of game feathers, mounted on faux tortoiseshell, the guards unfolding to provide handles, overall height approx. 23 cm; and a regency horn brisé fan, the two guards and 17 sticks pointed at the tip, barrel head, having had three painted images, with only one surviving and showing two ladies and a young man, guard approx. 16cm (3)
The feather fan is stiff to open, the feathers need to be restrung.
