Antique framed map of Stirlingshire titled 'A Map of Stirling Shire from a Survey by William Edgar in 1745', 48cm x 69cm, in Hogarth style frame 67cm x 87cm.
The map is stained and creased throughout but mostly commensurate with age. It would appear that the map has not been dry-mounted or fully glued to a board or other surface.
