A 19TH CENTURY MARINE TWO DAY CHRONOMETER BY THOMAS MERCER. the silvered dial inscribed Thomas Mercer Ltd London & St Albans, contained within a brass gimbal-mounted bowl and glazed mahogany case, serial no.16958 to brass plaque, with brass winding key, 17cm high x 18cm wide x 19cm deep.
Working at time of cataloguing but functionality not guaranteed, old marks to case, re-polished.
