Artefacts, Ancient Egyptian: 31x beads of various colours, sizes and materials, strung on a wire; a faience shabti 54mm; and a late period 664-332 BC bronze head of a funerary staff, in the form of the jackal god Wepwawet, flanked by upright cobras at its front legs. Copper 72mm. Front tang set in a lucite block, back tang missing. This along with a letter from the Bible Lands Museum Jerusalem stating that 'the patina looks authentic', but also some doubts concerning the material for the period, and roughness of execution. Sold as seen.
