Private with 8pi lilac tied by fair duplex; plus 1868 trio of envs. ex Peshawar/Dinapore/Neemuch all to G.B. at the slightly reduced Officers' Concession Rates (suitably endorsed & signed at lower left by 2 Colonels or a Brigadier General), with 4as Green, 4as+2as+8pi 3-Colour Franking or 4as Green respectively all tied by duplexes.
