AN OVERSIZED SCOTTISH SILVER MUG

by John McDonald, Edinburgh 1806, of tapering straight-sided form, with two reeded bands to the body. 15.6cm high, 23 troy ounces



A small outward dent just under the hallmarks, a couple of other shallow dents to the body and handle, doesn't rock, condition commensurate with age, two sets of scrtach marks to the underside of the base.
