Of East India Company interest relating to The Siege of Bharatpur (Bharatpore or Bhurtpore), An early 19th century watercolour on paper entitled "Fullahburg Bastion. Bhurtpore - captured by General Lord Combermere Jan 1825", various annotations in ink verso but the original watercolour has been relined on other paper for stability meaning currently only a small corner of the writing is visible, from the same source as previous lot, this is believed to be an original watercolour sketch for the book "Views of the Forts of Bhurtpoore & Weire by George Abbott. Published by London: [J. M. Richardson], 1827", in antique gilt frame, approx 72cm x 58cm inc frame
