WW2 British Medal Group comprising of 1939-45 Star, War Medal and Defence Medal to 6147719 Pte James Arthur Why, Army Catering Corps. Complete with original ribbons, Soldiers Release Book class A, brass Surrey Regt shoulder title, etc. Pte Why served as a Rifleman in the 1st Battalion Surrey Regt from 1940 until July 1944 when he transfered to the ACC while still serving with the Btl. Demobbed in June 1946.
