Important information before bidding:
Viewing and Collection dates:
Viewing is available Monday to Friday from the 4th till the 15th. 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 9.00 - 12.00pm on Fridays..
However on Thursday 14th We will be opening (by appointment only) till 6.30 pm for a late night viewing please contact us if you wish to view after 5pm.
Bidding goes live on for our auction on Sunday 10th and Finishes on Sunday 17th. All Questions will need to be received by Friday 15th and you'll need to signed up to our auction to ensure we can get a reply to you.
Collection for our auction can be made via appointment only from 9.00 am - 6.30pm on Monday 18th.
Then back to our standard collection times (9.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Thursday or 9.00am till 12.00 pm on Friday).
All Auction items will need to be collected by Monday 28th of September to allow space for our next auction (unless otherwise agreed prior).
The auction will be a timed auction, the same as normal however if a bid is received within 5 minutes of our auction closing it will extend the time further. This is to ease the chance of you missing out on a lot you wanted and try and ease last minute.
We do not accept any forms of Credit or debit card payments. Payments to be made VIA Bank Transfer or Cash on collection. Please make sure you understand this before bidding.
Failure to arrange collection/delivery or postage within a week of our auction ending (unless otherwise agreed) will lead you to being blocked from our future auctions.
Buyers Fees:
Our buyers fees are 15% plus the easyliveauction.com Surcharge of 3% and minimum lot charge of 50p.
Photographs:
We photograph everything that is present in the lot if parts are not in the photographs then this means it will not be included in the lot.
Item Location:
Within the lot description you will see a section number. This will show you which part of our auction the item is in and tally to our map to make your viewing experience easier.
Electrical Items:
If a plug is present on the item then we PAT Test all the items before sale. By Past Testing we make sure the item is safe but cannot guarantee that the item is in working condition unless otherwise stated on the auction lot.
Condition reports & Questions:
If you have any questions or would like any more photos regarding a lot please do not hesitate to contact us and we will send them over. In some images a tape measure is featured, this is to give you an idea on the size of the item and is not included in the lots.
These questions will be replied to during our opening hours. Any requests made on the final weekend before the auction closes, may not be responded to.
Please make sure you are registered to our auction before asking a question either via phone or via our website.
Payment:
Payment can be made Via cash on collection or by Bank transfer. We Do not accept credit or debit cards.
Refunds:
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds. Please make sure you are happy with the item before bidding.
We try to show the item in as much detail as we can in the initial photographs but cannot guarantee we have managed to capture all the marks/Scratches etc. However if you would like more information prior to making your bid we will be happy to give you some additional information.
Shipping:
We are happy to arrange a shipping quote for you. We aim to get all shipping quotes responded to within 72 hours of the question being received.
There is a surcharge of £7.00 per package to cover the cost of packaging the items, however will will combine lots if possible.
We will wrap the products to the best of our ability but we will not be held responsible for the condition of the items once they have left us. We will combine lots in ways to make the shipping most cost effective.
Due to current issues we no longer use Evri to post any items sold at auction. You are welcome let us know your preferred courier and we will quite for postage accordingly.
Please note: We will not be able to ship china or glass including glass fronted picture frames. We are happy to package for you for a small charge but you would have to arrange postage direct with your courier yourselves. We will not be held responsible for any fragile items that get damaged in postage.
We do not ship sharp items including knives and swords ect or any prohibited items as per the Royal Mails terms and conditions.
International shipping will incur increased costs due to arranging the customs paperwork. You will be required to pay the duty.
