James Callowhill for Kerr & Binns, a two-handled baluster form porcelain vase, c. 1860, white ground decorated with a gilt-framed portrait, possibly of Anthony Van Dyck, surrounded by scrolling foliage, signed 'J C' to the inner surface of one handle, 18cm high, together with a Worcester porcelain beaker supported on three gilded lion paw feet, the body is decorated with a central gilded and wreathed cartouche held by a putto and inscribed 'Presented to Mr C. D. Messiter August 20/67 Worcester', 10.5cm high (2)
