TWO BROWN SALTGLAZE STONEWARE FIGURES, c.1850, both modelled as a young lady wearing a feathered hat over her ringlets, a crinoline and holding a muff, 6 1/2" high, together with a pair of wall appliques modelled as ecclesiastical grotesque mask beam bosses (one possibly a candle holder), 3" high (Pr. & 2) NB For a similar furniture rest see Oswald, Childyard and Hughes 'English Brown Stoneware 1670-1900' fig. 153 (Est. plus 24% premium inc.
