A locomotive headboard, THE ABERDONIAN, as carried on the Kings Cross to Aberdeen sleeping car service. This style of headboard was introduced by May 1952 and continued to be used until the service was taken over by the Deltics in Summer 1962. Cast aluminium, 33½"x16", the front repainted, the back in original condition with integral bracket and fixing clip. (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
