Ethnographica: an Australian Aboriginal Churringa, 43cm long; together with another similar carved wood fragment, bearing label inscribed 'Piece of wood from the Duke of Newcastle's collection at Clumber. Bought by him from South America. The markings have been done by the natives', 22cm long.
