A mid-19th Century percussion East India Company service pistol, with 9-inch barrel, the lockplate engraved with a rampant lion mark, initialled 'JP' to underside of stock, brass fittings including butt cap and trigger guard, fixed lanyard ring, with swivel ramrod, in a later fitted wooden storage case.
