Dial - surface marks, some wear to the outer edge at the two and ten/eleven positions.
Glass - some surface scratches.
Hands - good.
Case - surface scratches present to the case sides and back, some wear to the case back from previous bracelet end links.
Crown - adjusting, date not adjusting correctly and stuck on 9/10.
Strap - modern replacement, good.
