Spy Interest- FiCord 101s Miniature Reel to Reel Tape Recorder. Early 1960s. Blue Bondeen cover with gold anodised aluminium body. Made by Stellavox in Switzerland and used by several intelligence agencies including the CIA. Also commercially retailed as a dictation device. Single motor playing Standard 1/4 inch magnetic tape and could record for up to 30 minutes. Approximately 9000 FiCord 101's were produced. This example was restored to working 2 years ago. With original polystyrene packaging.
