SIMON DIXON (British, 1966 - 2017), 'Redheads', acrylic paint on board, unframed, approx 124cm x 84cm, advertising interest. Simon Dixon was a Brighton-based artist and print maker whose fine art pieces centred around icons of the twentieth century. Dixon began painting in 1997 and was influenced by a love of pop culture which went hand-in-hand with a deep interest in twentieth century history.
