Some veneer losses, particularly around the lower frieze around the top,
Lifting and splitting to some of the veneers on the top surface,
Some sticky residue or staining on the top surface,
Again but more severe veneer losses on the base,
Two large cracks to the base,
Evidence of old woodworm to the later replacement mahogany bracket fixing the column to the underside of the top surface
