A PAIR OF LATE VICTORIAN GILT SPELTER AND MAJOLICA EWERS, the scrolling handle cast with a beast and terminating in a female mask, a cast figure of a putto holding a garland seated below the lip, the ceramic body moulded in relief with cherubs, urns, scrolls and acanthus leaves, the base cast with short pedestal and circular base, height 71cm (2) (Condition report: the spelter appears to be repainted, both of the putti are loose and one has a crack across its leg, one of the masks looks to have a soldered repair, the applied sections to the foot are wobbly)
