A Japanese Imari sleeve vase by the Fukagawa company, Meiji era Of cylindrical form with flared rim and swollen base, decorated with shaped panels containing a Confucian boy in a garden to one side and a flower vase to the other, surrounded by stylised flowers, foliage and mythical beasts. 30.5cm high
Some rubbing to the gilt inside the rim.
