Late 18th Century Ottoman Empire Kulah Khud Helmet


steel dome crown with lower rib and multi crown ribs.  Top steel dome with ball mount.  Front steel, nasal bar decorated with brass star and crescent badges.  Heavy steel chainmail neck guard.  Traces of gilt decoration to the crown.
