A nameplate, VICTORIA, from a Lowca Class A standard gauge 0-4-0ST built at the Lowca Works at Whitehaven, Works No 240, in 1900, where this plate was cast. It went new to Wilson, Pease & Co. Tees Ironworks, at Cargo Fleet, Middlesbrough. From 1929 it was at Normanby Ironworks, later Tees Foundries Ltd. Scrapped around 1960. Cast brass, 30¾"x7", in ex loco condition, with a mounted photograph of the engine. (Postage Band: N/A)
