A Situla or bronze bucket, second half of 19th century Italian copy of a Roman example found at Herculaneum. Cast in bronze with animal and geometric border to the top and geometric detail to base, possibly by the Chiurazzi foundry. Lacking handle and unmarked. 32cm diameter rim, 35cm high.
