Doll's House - The Georgian Manor - a large Georgian style dolls house in the form of a large manor house. Yellow / cream exterior colour, with four storeys, including a basement section and stepped entranceway to front. Fully furnished, as per the images. The front opens in sections to reveal the rooms within. Measures approx.; H150cm x W88cm x D76cm. Dismantles into three sections to aid transport.

IMPORTANT NOTES: photographs of the house have been supplied by the vendor, prior to the items being packed away into boxes. East Bristol Auctions does not guarantee the contents, nor the condition of contents as they have not been personally inspected by us. Condition of the exterior of each house may also differ from images due to them having been moved and stored several times by the vendor after photography. Due to the fragile and large nature, some cosmetic damage should be expected. We are unable to guarantee condition, irrespective of images. Viewing is strongly recommended. Some of the houses have been partially dismantled in order to move them, and many of them come apart for ease of transport. Each house remains sold strictly 'as is', although generally, all are in good physical condition but require minor repair to some fragile / protruding elements.
