Officials. 1869 4d Rose overprinted "SERVICE", superb mint. This 1867 issue 4d was overprinted by De La Rue but never sent to the Colony, and virtually all the stamps were destroyed; other values were sent to Ceylon but were never issued. With R.P.S Certificate (1993) stating "Genuine, essay status". Photo on Page 76.
