A worksplate, HENSCHEL, 29446, 1958, from a metre gauge 2-6-2 Indian Railways standard light secondary type, class YL, no.5178. A class of 264 engines from various builders, Henschel supplying 151. This style of Henschel worksplate was only used on this class. All had been withdrawn by about 1991. Cast brass, 6"x4", the front lightly cleaned. (Postage Band: C)
