Printed pamphlet in French, Appel aux Francais, 8pp., 8vo., Nice 22 June 1815 printed in Marseille, chez Antoine Ricard. Dated four days after Waterloo, but written before or at least before the news had reached Nice, it begins as a call to arms, then compares Napoleon to an outlaw, and accuses him of abandoning his troops on campaigns abroad, and calls on the people to 'bless the paternal goodness of the king.' [trans.] *Condition: Roughly printed pamphlet with stain upper right to front page.
