Clarice Cliff - Applique Idyll - A Conical sugar sifter circa 1931, hand painted with a Crinoline lady to a garden setting between pink, yellow and green banding, Bizarre mark, height 14cm, restored.
The tip and a chip to the edge of the base have been professionally restored. The repairs are of a fair standard but can be seen and would possibly benefit from being re-worked.
