An early 19c pressed Maple snuff box, the lift off lid with a scene of the fall of Napoleons guard at the Battle of Waterloo and inscribed For The Brave Dead 18 June 1815. 8cms dia.
This is in good original condition. There are three small losses in the tortoiseshell inside the box. The tortoiseshell is a good, deep, rich colour.
