A WWII Second World War US United States M1-E (experimental) Garand Rifle bayonet. The bayonet having a hooked pommel and ribbed black synthetic plastic grip secured to the tang with a screw. The cross guard with muzzle ring and catch mechanism, manipulated with a button under the cross guard. The blade ricasso marked O.L for makers Oneida Limited and dated 1943. Housed within original scabbard. Measures approx. 40cm.
