(Like many spring events, bluebells often appear first in the South of England, where it is a little warmer than the rest of the UK. While the first bluebells may flower there in late March, most flowering usually happens through April. There is no set date for this mystery save for the fact that from our youth these chimes of blue form part of our spring memories. Childhood Hours sees a delicate row of bluebells hovering over the clock face itself, and underneath, the cherished flower is woven into a heart-shaped wreath as if to invoke the words of author Anne Bronte:)

Section 3: PAYMENT Please note that we would prefer payment by bank transfer our sort code and the account number is on the invoice you receive or by online using our merchant secure 3D account with your debit card. Or by cash when you come and collect your items. If you want to pay in cash you will have to do so before the end of business on the Wednesday after the sale. We are still going to continue using the collection method that we put into place during the Covid restrictions. So, you will still have to contact us to book a pickup slot, you will be given a half hour or if needed a one-hour slot, this will ensure you can check you have all lots that are on your invoice/receipt. When happy you will then be asked to sign a form saying you have picked up all lots on your invoice/receipt. This also applies to third parties picking up for customers. ITEMS LEFT AT SALEROOM ARE DONE SO AT THE BUYERS OWN CHOICE. A.S.H. AUCTIONS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT WITHOUT REQUESTS MADE TO DO SO. SO IF DAMAGED OR MISSING THEN THAT IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. If you require our pack and send service, please request through the bidding platform portal. A quote will then be sent to you A.S.A.P. We do not ship goods outside the UK. We will pack your items for a fee but customers outside the UK will have to arrange their own couriers. All items need to be removed from the saleroom within 14 days of the auction, unless special arrangements have been made with A.S.H. Auctions. That includes picking items up by the customer, having a third party pick the items up, or having the items sent to you. Any items left at the saleroom after 14 days if special arrangements have not been made will occur a £2.00 per lot per day storage charge. If the storage charges are not paid then the items will be sold and the storage charge will be deducted from the sale. Any monies left will then be sent to the original buyer.. Section 5: VENDORS/GOODS IN/PAYMENT/SELLERS CHARGES. This being our general antiques and collectable sale the seller’s commission is as stated below. We will charge you a very competitive 17.5% seller’s commission for your un-reserved items. That is it, there are no hidden charges, there are no lot up charges, and there are no charges for photographing items, cataloguing items, collecting items. If you want your item/s selling with reserves, there will be a small administration charge if the item/s fails to sell. The charge depends on what reserve you want to put on your item/s and this will be discussed with you at the time.
