copper and brass military bugle with broad arrow stamped, white metal mouthpiece.  Lower part of bugle with maker "Henry Potter & Co.  30 Charing Cross London 1898".  Issue stamped "2. Essex. HAR.V.A.".  Issue dated 8.99 with various broad arrows.
